The Company is seeking to let a Contract to a single Supplier who shall provide a hardware and software to facilitate the use and management of the system. The Contract will be let for an initial period of three (3) years intended to commence on early July 2021 whereby the implementation period shall begin and the Supplier shall ensure that the Contract is ready for 'Go Live' early December 2021 The procedure is an FTS open procedure

Renewal: The contract is for an initial 3 year period with the option to extend further period or two further periods of 24 Months, up to a maximum of 48 Months in total. Opportunities to tender for the renewed contract will occur approximately 6 months prior to the end of the term or extended term
