## Summary

The Courtauld Institute of Art is currently seeking suppliers for their Events Supplier Framework, which encompasses various service categories including Catering, Production, Furniture Hire, Entertainment, and Floristry. The procurement process is being conducted through an open procedure, with the application period initiated on 2nd June 2021 and tenders required to be submitted by 30th June 2021 at 16:00 BST. This project is classified under the event services industry and will take place in Camden and the City of London, with an anticipated total contract value of approximately £1,780,000 spanning over four years.

This tender presents an excellent opportunity for businesses specialising in event services to grow. Catering firms, production and technical service providers, furniture suppliers, entertainers, and florists are particularly well-suited to compete, as the framework is designed to accommodate a variety of internal events hosted by the Courtauld Institute. Suppliers participating in this framework may also benefit from being listed on the Approved Supplier List for external clients, creating additional avenues for engagement in the competitive events industry.
