## Notice

Transport for London (TfL) has established a replacement framework for recruitment services as outlined in this Contract Award Notice and as more particularly described in the procurement documents, for use by TfL and other contracting authorities identified in Section V.1.3 of this Contract Notice in the additional information section VI.3) Additional information. This Framework is to deliver Contingent Labour Recruitment Services, as a managed service provider, across the Service Recipients identified in this Contract Notice. The Framework will also contain the provision to deliver permanent recruitment when needed

Full details of the requirements can be found in the tender documents accessible via TfL's eTendering portal ProContract; https://procontract.due-north.com/Home/About The procurement process is being conducted by Transport for London (TfL) (a functional body (FB) of the Greater London Authority (GLA)) under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 on behalf of itself, the GLA, other members of the GLA FBs*, the Metropolitan Police Service, the London Ambulance Service, the London Fire Brigade, the National Crime Agency and/or the British Transport Police. *the FBs include; TfL, London Fire Commissioner, Mayor's Office for Policing and Crime, London Legacy Development Corporation and Old Oak and Park Royal Development Corporation.
