Lot 1

The University is looking to appoint a competent Supplier to maintain all its automated closers across campus, including but not limited to; automatic doors, gates, roller shutters and fire shutters. The successful Supplier will be required to deliver planned maintenance checks in line with this specification, together with the additional services outlined within the scope of requirements, i.e. Reactive maintenance.

Options: This contract is for an initial two year period, with the possibility for a one year extension, subject to the agreement of both parties.

Renewal: It is anticipated that this requirement will remain necessary subsequent to this initial contract period and will therefore be re-tendered upon expiry.
