## Summary

The Scape Regional Construction Framework, managed by Scape Procure Limited, is focused on delivering construction works across various regions in the UK, including Leicestershire, Nottingham, and others. This procurement process is categorised under "works" and aims at executing projects related to construction and associated services such as solar energy and engineering services. Currently in the 'awardUpdate' stage, significant developments took place on 1st August 2025, with contracts awarded to companies like Lindum Group Limited, Stepnell Limited, and others. The framework's duration has been extended, enabling it to continue facilitating projects until August 2027 under permitted modifications due to economic changes impacting project costs globally, although the overall framework value remains unaltered.

This framework presents numerous opportunities for businesses, especially those involved in construction and auxiliary services such as architectural and engineering works, to expand their reach through consistent project allocations. Companies with expertise in structural products, electric installations, and site preparation might find this framework particularly beneficial. With access to a broad range of public sector projects, it's an attractive proposition for both large and SME-scale contractors keen on tapping into public sector construction demands. The framework encourages competitive bidding, with specific lots like those in the North West offering several project opportunities, thus encouraging diverse business participation and growth within the regional construction industry.

## Notice

A maximum of five (5) bidders were invited to ITT stage for each of the four (4) regions. One (1) contractor was appointed to each lot.
