The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint up to four suitably qualified and experienced contracting organisations to undertake External Repairs and Maintenance works to domestic properties under a term contract agreement. This Lot will cover the following trades, together with all their associated works: General Builder, Roofing, Mobile Access & Scaffolding, and Blacksmith & Fencing Additional information: This is a Contract Award notice. This Framework has now been awarded and the procurement is complete.

Internal Multi trade

The City of Edinburgh Council wishes to appoint up to four suitably qualified and experienced contracting organisations to undertake Internal Repairs and Maintenance works to domestic properties. This Lot will cover the following trades, together with all their associated works: Joinery, Plumbing, Electrical (including electrical heating & maintaining new forms of heating such as solar, ground source heat pumps, air source heat pumps etc.), Painting, Plastering, Windows & Glazing, Flooring Coverings and Scaffolding Additional information: This is a Contract Award notice.
