## Summary

Coventry City Council is seeking a supplier for the installation of between 220 to 300 electric vehicle charging points and accompanying parking sensors in residential areas across Coventry. This Invitation to Tender (ITT) is part of an open procurement process classified under the "Chargers" category with a total estimated value of £6,200,000. The procurement is currently in the award stage, with the status marked as active. The contract period is set to commence from 1st September 2021 and extend until 31st March 2033, with options for further extensions. Potential bidders must submit their proposals by 16th July 2021.

This opportunity presents significant growth potential for businesses in the electric vehicle infrastructure sector, particularly those specializing in providing and maintaining charging solutions and related electrical works. Companies with capabilities in installation, commissioning, and ongoing maintenance of electric vehicle systems, alongside integrated smart parking solutions, would find themselves well-positioned to compete for this contract.
