NHS England and Improvement Future Services Programme is based on a tower model with each tower looking at delivering distinct IT services, the key service towers are Service Desk, End User Services, Networks, Applications Management and Infrastructure and Security. This opportunity is for the delivery of Infrastructure and Security capabilities to develop, manage and support Microsoft Azure Cloud infrastructure, Private Cloud/Physical Hosting environments, (some of which are on-premise and some of which are in a co-location datacentres) as well as a Security/Technical Operations Centre, Security Services and Security Operations. The Service Desk, Networks and End Users Services service towers have already been procured. ### Lot Information Lot 1 Please note this is not a call for competition, however this notice does act as formal notification of an upcoming opportunity which will be procured through the Crown Commercial Services Technology Services 3 Framework, RM6100 via a Further Competition.The existing Infrastructure and Security services are provided to NHS Commissioning Board and its associated Healthcare organisations (NHS England, NHS Improvement and Health Research Authority) by the two incumbent suppliers. Both contracts are prime end to end contracts delivering all end user ICT services.The Infrastructure and Security service tower shall procure the following services.Infrastructure:* Service Integration & Management (supporting the customer's internal SIAM capability)* Infrastructure Support * Cloud and Platform Support* Physical Hosting Support* Intelligent Hands* M365 Support* Applications Catalogue and PackagingSecurity:* Identity and Access Management IDAM* Security & Tech Operations Centre* Security and Threat Monitoring and Alerting* Anti-virus SupportThe anticipated Further Competition timeframes are as follows:Publication of the Invitation to Tender 1st July 2021Deadline for submission of Tender 5th August 2021 Notification of Contract Award decision 3rd September 2021 Contract Award 14th September 2021.
