## Notice

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Trust requires a comprehensive Fire Alarm System Maintenance service to be provided within the acute hospitals (Royal Victoria Infirmary and Freeman Hospital), health care buildings and residential properties owned and/or managed by the Trust's Estates Department.

Renewal: A total 24 month extension option period applies. The duration of each extension period taken within this 24 months shall not be less than 6 months, but it is likely to be extended in 12 monthly increments.
