## Notice

Site SCADA systems are critical to the efficient running of a treatment plant, failure of such systems carries with them financial penalties to the business, increased operational difficulties and adverse publicity relating to NI Water operations and its customer experience. NI Water wishes to procure a Contract to facilitate the supply of configuration, installation and commissioning services in support of SCADA software installed at NI Water sites during the life time of the proposed Contract. It is envisaged that this activity may encompass services provision to accommodate: i. Services at new or upgraded treatment works as required by Asset Delivery (AD) and Business Improvement (BI) projects ii. SCADA Base Maintenance - supply of supplementary SCADA technical services at treatment works as required during the lifetime of the Contract.
