The indicative timelines, scope of services, requirements and proposed commercial structure will be shared at the Pre-Market Engagement.. The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Design, Innovation, Architecture, Strategy, advice and audit. Additional information: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be for a maximum of 48 months with the initial term of 2 years with two separate renewals of 1 year each (2+1+1). Renewals are optional and at Post Office Limited?s sole discretion.

Change and Transition Management

Change and Transition Management The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Change and Transition Management to support Testing, Release Management, Change Management, Deployment, Planning and Project Management. Additional information: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be for a maximum of 48 months with the initial term of 2 years with two separate renewals of 1 year each (2+1+1). Renewals are optional and at Post Office Limited?s sole discretion.

Service Integration and Vendor Management

Service Integration and Vendor Management The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Service Integration and Vendor Management to support the End to End SIAM assistance and services. Additional information: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be for a maximum of 48 months with the initial term of 2 years with two separate renewals of 1 year each (2+1+1). Security

Security Services The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Security Services to support any penetration testing and other accredited services. Additional information: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be for a maximum of 48 months with the initial term of 2 years with two separate renewals of 1 year each (2+1+1). Renewals are optional and at Post Office Limited?s sole discretion.

Network Operations

Network Operations The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Network Operations to support Business Continuity, Network Security, Network Support. Additional information: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be for a maximum of 48 months with the initial term of 2 years with two separate renewals of 1 year each (2+1+1). Renewals are optional and at Post Office Limited?s sole discretion.

Service Operations

Service Operations The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Service Operations to support: Infrastructure Management and Support, Service Desk, Support Functions, events and access management, Asset Management, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery. Additional information: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be for a maximum of 48 months with the initial term of 2 years with two separate renewals of 1 year each (2+1+1). Renewals are optional and at Post Office Limited?s sole discretion.

Data Services

Data Services The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Data Services to support the Alignment with National Data Strategy, Data Security, Data Efficiency and Quality. Additional information: The duration of the Framework Agreement shall be for a maximum of 48 months with the initial term of 2 years with two separate renewals of 1 year each (2+1+1). Application Support & Management The successful providers will provide qualified IT skills, knowledge and consultancy services as required by Post Office Limited for the provision of Application Support & Management and Open Architecture and Open API?s, Patch and Release Management, Business Continuity, Support Functions.
