### Lot Information

Lot 1

This contract will be fixed price in nature with the successful contractor also guaranteeing the number of input hours to the contract as well as the quality of cleaning provision. We are seeking a suitably experienced contractor who has current experience of working within the secondary school or HE / FE marketplace, ideally with a strong operational base within the Bristol area, thus allowing for both adequate contract support and operational flexibility that is to be delivered to support the contract as and when needed moving forwards into this contract term. The scope of the contract covers all cleaning provision within the Academy. The basis and rationale that Churchill Academy and Sixth Form requires is that the successful contractor operates to, at all times, is being able to provide clean premises that are fit for purpose delivering the guaranteed level of input hours and that the successful contractor is proactive in the management of the contract, thus ensuring that all specifications are achieved and that the frequency of cleans is as detailed within tender specification's takes place. The successful contractor will be expected to deliver a concise and detailed method of management reporting at the end of each month thus updating the senior management team within the Academy on the contract performance and the delivery of the above paragraph. The current cleaning contract value is a cost of approximately PS135,000.00 per annum. The contract being offered is for three years which commences on 1st January 2022 and concludes on 31st December 2025 and will be on a fixed price basis, there will be the option to extend the contract for a further period of three years on a 1 + 1 + 1 basis on the same terms and conditions excluding the right to further extend beyond six years in duration.
