The Programme will based on the latest research and combine theory, up to date knowledge of public service in Wales and the future challenges facing leaders in the public sector in Wales. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of the development and delivery of the unique All Wales Public Service General Management Graduate Programme- designed to be a fast track programme for graduates designed specifically to meet the strategic requirements for sound managerial capability within the public service in Wales.
