## Summary

Irvine Housing Association Limited is currently engaged in a tender process titled "Irvine Housing Gas Servicing & Maintenance," which falls under the repair and maintenance services industry category. Located in Irvine, UK, this project aims to deliver gas servicing and maintenance across approximately 2,257 properties. The tender is at the active stage and requires submission responses by 19th July 2021. The procurement is being conducted through a selective method, adhering to a restricted procedure as outlined in the Public Contracts Scotland Regulations.

This opportunity presents significant potential for businesses specialising in gas servicing, heating system installations, and maintenance services. Businesses with experience in delivering high-quality service, particularly those that can demonstrate customer satisfaction and robust complaint management, will be well-positioned to compete. Additionally, businesses possessing relevant certifications, such as Gas Safe registration, and a minimum average yearly turnover of £1,000,000 for participation in the contract will find this tender particularly accessible. The long-term nature of the contracts, with an initial duration of ten years and potential extension options, allows for sustained business growth and competitive engagement within the housing sector.
