## Summary

The procurement process involves Bolton at Home, a regional authority based in Bolton, which is launching the "Disabled Facilities Adaptations Framework 2021 - 2025". This framework lies within the construction industry category and aims to provide essential adaptations for disabled tenants across the borough. Spanning from 2021 to 2025, the procurement is currently in the Award stage, with a legal basis under the EU procurement directive. The framework includes four lots, with each job valued up to £30,000. Key deadlines include the competitive deadline for submission which has already passed, and the recent contract signing on 12 October 2021.

This framework presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in construction and adaptations, particularly for companies that focus on facilities management and disability support services. Businesses of all sizes, from SMEs to larger contractors, are encouraged to participate, especially those with experience in delivering similar adaptations. With a strong emphasis on quality and social value contributions, successful bidders will not only support the local community but also have the potential for substantial contract values within the framework's operational period.
