The provision of Clerk of Works services associated with the construction of housing including, but not limited to, the following areas: - Site Inspection Service including: - Compliance of the works with the contract documents - Compliance of the works with established good practice - Checking of materials on site to ensure compliance with the specification - Monitoring site activity and construction progress - Recording and reporting on construction quality and site activities - Making recommendations to the client regarding the works as required
