## Summary

The Westminster City Council has recently completed the procurement process for the "IT Digital Partner Framework," which falls under the software consultancy services category. Located in London, this framework was initiated to support the council's digital roadmap, encompassing various lots such as Smartcity technologies and Cyber Security. The procurement method adopted was a selective procedure, and while the tender is complete, it involved active contracts awarded on 25th May 2021 to multiple suppliers, all of whom were evaluated based on pricing criteria.

This framework presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in IT services, particularly SMEs that focus on consultancy, application development, and cyber security. Companies offering services such as user-centred design, web technologies, and integrated systems are well-suited to compete for work generated from this framework. Engaging with the Westminster City Council may lead to collaborative projects aimed at enhancing digital capabilities within the local government, ultimately supporting growth for local firms and consultants in the technology sector.
