Both options are welcome and will be evaluated against the output requirements as detailed below on a Most Economically Advantageous Tender basis. The Simulator(s) must accept aircraft design parameters through a GUI for six degree of freedom, real time, non-linear dynamic flight simulation of air vehicles ranging from Gliders to Spacecraft.
