The aim of the service is to provide a Home Oxygen Assessment and Review Service (HOS-AR) to ensure that home oxygen is appropriately prescribed to those people who clinically need it. Details of the 1:1 meeting will be as follows: Wednesday 21 July 2021 Time: 1st session will begin at 9.30am Face to face Meeting Venue: NHS Tees Valley CCG First floor 14 Trinity Mews North Ormesby Health Village Middlesbrough TS3 6AL For those that cannot attend in person for the face to face meeting, alternate virtual meeting arrangement via Microsoft Teams will be made. Each 1:1 meeting session will be between 45 mins - 1 hour. Each organisation will be allowed to bring 2 members to the face to face meeting or up to 3 to attend via teams.
