The MoJ requires the following qualifications; * Level 4 in Food Hygiene (Diploma). * Level 4 in Food Hygiene (refresher) * Level 3 in Food Hygiene (Intermediate). * Level 3 in Food Hygiene (refresher). * Health and Nutrition (intermediate) * HACCP Awareness (Level 3) * Allergen Awareness. * Basic food and Hygiene (Level 2) If you would like to register your interest for this requirement, please follow the following steps. 1.
