The Authority are looking to establish a single supplier Contract with the Service Provider to deliver the Services as set out in the Specification. The Contract is anticipated to commence on or around 1st October 2021 and will be for an initial period of 2 years with the option to extend for up to a further 2 years.

Options: Potential options to extend following initial term.

Renewal: The Contract is available for up to a 2 year period, following which there may or may not be an opportunity for an extension and following that a re-procurement.
