New providers must complete Stage 1 but Stage 2 is optional. Existing providers do not need to re-complete Stage 1.The FCA will run until 30th September 2026 with options to extend for up to 24 months plus 24 months. The Council does not commit to any volumes through the FCA. Block contracts will be for a 2 year period and delivery of the block contracts is required to be within Solihull Borough.Deadline for submissions is noon on 31st October 2023.
