Lot 2 - Certified Reference Material (CRMs) There is a requirement to procure Certified Reference Materials (CRMs) for in-vitro testing, to support the implementation of the Psychoactive Substances Act (PSA) 2016. This requires Dstl to seek to establish a Framework Agreement. The required CRMs are essential to the enforcement of the Act in the criminal prosecutions of supply of substances which may cause psychoactivity effect in humans.
