A prior information notice was published on the 2/7/2021 to reduce the timescale for tender to 15 days. This opportunity was advertised on Contracts Finder on the 31st of August for 15 days in accordance with the publicised PIN. A advert via Procontract was also published on the 31st August for 15 days. It is BCC's intention to award the contract to Second Step after 30 days from the publication of this notice.
