NHS Western Isles are seeking to replace an obsolete Buildings Energy Management System at the main hospital in stornoway, Isle of lewis. The server and operating system have been pre-selected to match those installed at other sites. The contract opportunity comprises the supply and optimised set up of the system + training on site staff in basic maintenance & operation, as well as an ongoing maintenance and service element Additional information: Alterations to the specification are permitted where they add additional efficiency or functionality or where they effect no material change in outcomes. The hardware and operating system are not negotiable.

Renewal: Initial purchase and set up will be a one off cost. we are looking for a fixed 3 year service plan with annual renewal thereafter
