The Financial Ombudsman Service is looking to establish a PSL of up to 10 independent, external training providers who can support with the provision of manager, senior manager and executive development either in class, group format or on a one-to-one basis as part of organisational capability building programmes. The PSL will be used to support individual or group development activities related to organisational capability building supporting both face to face training, peer coaching, action learning sets, guidance documents, and eLearning.

Renewal: Optional extension of 12 months.
