Additional information: The competition progressed to a negotiated procedure and agreement with client and supplier to provide the service for the initial 1year due to client budget approval for the 1year. Potential extensions for years 2 and 3 on condition of budget approval

Options: Contract awarded for the initial 1 year period with options to extend for a further 2 periods of 1year each based on budget approval
