### Lot Information

Alcazar Court Housing Support Scheme

The overarching aim is for the Provider, including the housing provider, to work together (along with the Service User) in a coordinated way to provide high-quality adult social care services tailored and flexed to meet the agreed needs and outcomes of individual Service Users. Alcazar Court offers 45 units of ECH, comprising of 42 units of single accommodation and 3 units of 2 bedrooms' accommodation. Some flats are occupied by couples. Of the 42 single bed units, 2 are used specifically to facilitate respite / short stay enablement. These are known as the "flexi flats".

Skinners Court Housing Support Scheme

The overarching aim is for Provider, including the housing provider, to work together (along with the Service User) in a coordinated way to provide high-quality adult social care services tailored and flexed to meet the agreed needs and outcomes of individual Service Users. Skinners Court is comprised of 48 flats (units) where Extra Care Housing (ECH) can be provided. The scheme has 36 units of single accommodation and 12 units of 2-bedroom accommodation. Some flats are occupied by couples.
