## Summary

The Borough Council of Calderdale and NHS Calderdale Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) are engaged in the procurement of All Age Domiciliary Care Services through an open tendering process. The title of the tender is "The Provision of All Age Domiciliary Care Services - Approved Provider List," classified under health and social work services. The procurement process is currently at the Award stage, following the conclusion of the tender period which ended on 11 August 2021. Contracts assigned under this tender are expected to commence from 1 November 2021, with a duration of four years, concluding on 31 October 2025, and an option for a two-year extension. The geographic area for service delivery primarily encompasses Halifax (region UKE44) in the United Kingdom.

This procurement presents significant opportunities for businesses in the health and social care sectors, particularly for those capable of providing personal care services to a diverse client base, which includes individuals of all ages with various needs, including disabilities and mental health conditions. Businesses keen to contribute to this service delivery must be registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC). As the approved provider list is set to re-open annually, this tender serves as a valuable entry point for new care providers eager to establish partnerships with local authorities and expand their market reach.
