The contract will deliver the services on North East Quadrant of the London Borough of Tower Hamlets that cover the following wards: Bowe East, Bowe West, Bromley North, Bromley South, Mile End

### Procurement Information

Following an OJEU open tender published under 2020/S 219-539041 for the procurement of all Youth Services Centre-based provision that included 4 lots :1a North East Quadrant; 1b North West Quadrant; 1c South East Quadrant; and 1d South West Quadrant, the Council had to discontinue lot 1a as there were not suitable tenders subject to be awarded for that quadrant. The procurement of the services was then converted to a Negotiated Procedures without Prior Notice under regulation 32 of the Public Contract Regulations where 6 organsiations were approached and invited to submit a proposal with the view to negotiate and award a contract.
