## Notice

The Council has a statutory duty to maintain PRoW for year round use and the Public Rights of Way Improvements and Maintenance Contract is a key mechanism in the delivery of this obligation. The Council manages just over 4,000km of PRoW in Telford and Wrekin, which include footpaths, bridleways, restricted byways and byways open to all traffic. Additional information: We are seeking to appoint a single contractor. The contract term is 3 years with the option to extend for a further 2 years (in 12 month periods). The value is approximate as it is almost impossible to predict what the value will be over the next 3-5 years and any quantities given in the tender documents are only for evaluation purposes and not indicative of any potential workload.
