Lot 1 - Pro-Social Learning Activities for Children Diagnosed with Asperger's / Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASC)

Short break services for disabled children and young people diagnosed with Asperger's / Autistic Spectrum Condition to meet statutory duties, national guidance, local strategic priorities and best practice. The provision of pro-social learning activities for children diagnosed with Asperger's/Autistic Spectrum Condition.

Options: The contract is for an initial term of 5 years with an optional extension period of 3 years The maximum duration of the contract is 8 years

Lot 2 - Group Activities for Children and Young People with Sensory Loss

The contract aims to provide a range of fun and positive experiences for disabled children and young people aged 11-19 years who have a single or dual sensory impairment and additional complex needs.

Lot 3 - Disabled Children's Play Scheme and Youth Groups

The aim of this service is to deliver: * An Activity Play Scheme for Children with a disability aged 5-18 years. The Activity Play Scheme currently supports children with a wide range of disabilities. * Countywide youth groups, covering the East, Mid and West of Cornwall for disabled children and young people aged 14 - 25. * Targeted activity days for children and young people with more complex and profound conditions will be delivered as part of this service.
