The specification has been designed to cover all eventualities, however budgetary requirements for different forces require different options. This is reflected in the pricing schedule. Price for full specification excluding options or a price for telephony services only. The forces require the ability to activate options in the specification throughout the lifetime of the contract dependant on budgetary and market forces at the time.
