## Notice

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The Supplier is required to support DWP in its delivery of Project Strata Phase 2, which will move to the next iteration of the Estates Operating Model. This will include the provision of a range of expertise to support DWP with programme management, model design, commercial and procurement support and change management.

Options: The initial contract length will be 1 year. There will be the option to extend the contract twice, with both of these options lasting for 6 months. The maximum length of the contract following use of the extension options would be 2 years. Further information can be found in the procurement documents.
