### Lot Information

Lot 1 Internal Audit Services

Planning and delivery of a comprehensive internal audit service commensurate with the size, complexity and status of the Group.

Options: The initial contract term of 3 years may be extended in annual increments by up to another 3 years making a total possible contract term of 6 years.

Lot 2 External Audit Services

Planning and delivery of a comprehensive statutory external audit service for all seven entities listed within table 1 and provision of an audit opinion on each individual entity accounts.

Options: The initial term of 3 years may be extended in annual increments by a total of a further 3 years making a total possible contract term of 6 years.

Lot 3 Corporate Tax Services

Annual tax compliance services including preparation and submission of all relevant Group company tax computations and returns

Options: The initial term of 3 years may be extended by up to a further 3 years.
