## Summary

The Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea is planning to issue a tender for Floating Support Services aimed at assisting rough sleepers in West London. This service is classified under social work and related services, with a potential annual contract value of approximately £161,000. The contract is expected to start on 1 April 2022 and will last for one year, with possible extensions for up to two additional years depending on funding. Interested providers should submit their expressions of interest by 5pm on 31 August 2021, and are encouraged to attend an information session on 15 September 2021 to learn more about the requirements and process.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses that specialise in social work, housing support, or community services aimed at vulnerable populations. Organisations with expertise in delivering time-limited support to individuals transitioning from homelessness or providing comprehensive assessment and care services would be particularly well-suited to compete. Given the focus on fostering independent living skills and financial management for former rough sleepers, businesses that can showcase innovative and effective support strategies will likely find this tender an attractive opportunity for growth.
