NICTS is seeking to develop and implement a new Case Management System and Customer Facing Web Portal for the Planning Appeals Commission and Water Appeals Commission (PACWAC). The Department for Infrastructure is currently developing a planning application system and the Mid Ulster Council have plans to develop a similar system in the near future. NICTS are seeking to integrate the systems with the proposed PACWAC solution. Please refer to the Specification Schedule for more details on the services required.

Options: This Contract is for an initial period of 42 months. There will be an option to extend the contract for up to a further3 periods of one year each.

Renewal: This contract will potentially be due to be re-procured after the initial Contract Period or following any extension periods.
