The PIN has been issued for operators to be aware of WCC's planned intention to procure the provision of a provider to deliver (i) a local Core Infrastructure Support Service and (ii) a Volunteer Outreach and Development (VOD) Services ("the Services"). The Contracting Authority will be recommissioning the Services for Voluntary and Community Sector (VCS) organisations to commence from April 2022. The proposed contract period for both will be for a term of three (3) years with the option for the Contracting Authority to extend for a further one (1) plus one (1) year for a contract period of up to five (5) years. The estimated contract value for service (i) is PS200,000 per annum and for service (ii) is PS81,693 per annum.
