These Hubs will comprise of electric vehicle charging infrastructure, an electric vehicle car club and e-bikes. The size of the Hubs will vary according to the need at each location and in total will consist of electric vehicle charging points for 300 parking bays, and will support approximately 390 e-bikes. This Procurement opportunity is divided into 3 Lots, for an Electric Vehicle Charge Point Operator, a Car Club Operator and an e-Bike Share Operator.

### Lot Information

Electric Vehicle Charge Point Operator

Utilising funding from Department for Transport's Transforming Cities Fund, the Council is seeking to procure an Electric Vehicle Charging Operator to deliver and manage a publicly accessible network of EV charge points across a network of Mobility Hubs within Plymouth. The EV Charging Operator must deliver and operate EV charge points for at least 300 parking bays that are for use by Car Club vehicles or accessible to the public, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year.

Car Club Operator

Utilising funding from Department for Transport's Transforming Cities Fund, Plymouth City Council is seeking to procure an experienced CoMoUK (or equivalent) accredited Car Club Operator to deliver and manage a publicly accessible electric vehicle Car Club scheme across a network of Mobility Hubs within Plymouth. The Car Club Operator must deliver and operate Car Club scheme of at least 10 vehicles accessible 24 hours a day, 365 days per year. This lot is below the relevant financial threshold and is not regulated by the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016. It is advertised on a voluntary basis. Publication of this advertisement shall not be construed as submission by Plymouth City Council to the Concession Contracts Regulations.

e-Bike Share Operator
