## Summary

The Hexagon Housing Association has completed a procurement process for the 'Hexagon Housing Association Repairs and Voids Contract', focusing on construction work within the housing sector. This tender was conducted in London and Kent and followed a selective procurement method using a Competitive Dialogue procedure under the Public Contracts Regulations 2015. The procurement process began with expressions of interest and involved a three-stage selection procedure, ultimately awarding the contract on 11th March 2022 to T.Gilmartins Limited, valued at approximately £34.5 million. Although the procurement has reached completion, it included provisions for break clauses in case of non-performance by the selected service provider.

This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in construction, maintenance, and repair services, particularly those with expertise in responsive repairs and the management of void properties. Companies offering services such as electrical and mechanical installations, plumbing, call centre operations, and comprehensive customer service solutions would be particularly suited to compete in this space. The seven-year duration of the contract, with potential extensions, further enhances the growth potential for businesses equipped to deliver these essential community services efficiently.
