Renewal: The framework will be for an initial period of 2 years with an option to extend for up to 2 further periods of one year each subject to a performance review at the end of years 2 and 3 as detailed in the specification.

Heating repairs and maintenance to South Derbyshire

The successful bidder will carry out repairs and maintenance to the heating systems for the South District of Derbyshire on the Councils request to supplement the Council's in-house operations.
