As such, we wish to explore the possibility of developing a family focussed Winter Festival Event based on a light-show experience running from mid-November 2021 through to the end of December 2021/January 2022. The event will be similar in format to the Bournemouth Wonderland Experience which attracts 2.2m people to the town annually. Although the level of investment in Year One will be less than that for Bournemouth, the aspiration is to achieve this level in due course.

As part of the English Riviera events strategy there is a need to attract new and exciting events to the bay. The desire is to create exceptional events that appeal to visitors and our local community year-round. As such, we wish to explore the possibility of developing a family focussed Winter Festival Event based on a light-show experience running from mid-November 2021 through to the end of December 2021/January 2022. The event will be similar in format to the Bournemouth Wonderland Experience which attracts 2.2m people to the town annually. Although the level of investment in Year One will be less than that for Bournemouth, the aspiration is to achieve this level in due course.

Renewal: It is intended that this will be a rolling 12 month Contract for up to 5 years. Renewal will be dependant on member approval and budgetary constraints.
