(Scotland) Regulations 2015 for the following reason:- The services and supplies can be supplied by only one suitable contractor because competition is absent for technical reason Additional information: The contract being awarded is for 5 years with an optional extension of up to 2 years subject to satisfactory performance, financial standing and availability of funding.

### Procurement Information

Closomat have confirmed that any of their equipment installed by any suitably qualified engineers, thereafter, all installations must be checked and commissioned by a Closomat engineer to validate the warranties for the equipment. In addition, any servicing, repair, and maintenance of the Closomat equipment can only be carried out by suitably qualified engineers from Closomat, otherwise the warranties would be invalidated.
