### Lot Information

Lot 1

The nature of medical insurance and the size of Brazil requires that staff (and any qualifying dependents) have coverage across the country and it's States. The Contract is to be for a period of up to a maximum of four (4) years. One two (2) year contract, with an option to extend for one (1) additional two (2) year period, upon agreement between Authority and Contractor. The value above includes a forecast of permitted extensions, to forecast total possible contract value. The contract for the original two (2) year period is scheduled to start on the 1st of November 2021 and shall expire on 31st of October 2023, unless extended.
