## Summary

The National Maritime Museum in London is seeking architectural services through a selective tender for the "Architectural Services- Royal Observatory Greenwich" project. This process is currently active, with the deadline for tender submissions set for 2 September 2021. The procurement, categorised under architectural and related services (CPV code 71200000), aims to engage a chartered architectural practice with substantial experience in heritage architecture within a World Heritage Site. The contract is valued at £450,000 and spans from 4 January 2022 to 9 September 2024, focusing on developing innovative solutions to enhance the visitor experience at the Royal Observatory Greenwich.

This opportunity presents significant potential for growth, especially for small and medium enterprises (SMEs) specialising in architecture, heritage conservation, and multidisciplinary project management. Businesses that can demonstrate expertise in leading complex design projects, particularly those involving listed buildings and sensitive historical environments, would be well-suited to compete. Successful applicants will also have the chance to collaborate with other specialists, such as structural engineers and consultants, to create a comprehensive proposal that meets the unique challenges of this prestigious project.
