Collectively our Members manage more than 75% of UK' social housing stock, with PfH helping them to achieve efficiency savings using a wide range of services including framework agreements, spend analyses, strategy reviews, consolidated billing and comprehensive reporting. PfH is a contracting authority under Regulation 2 of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("PCR 2015") and a central purchasing body under regulation 37 PCR 2015 PfH is seeking to establish a national Framework Agreement for the Supply and Installation of Residential Furniture, the Supply and Installation of Flooring and all associated design and decoration services. The Framework will be awarded for an initial period of three years and may be extended for a further year (4 years in total) ### Lot Information Flooring National geographical coverage to supply to a potential 900 plus PfH Members (including those with multiple sites) in England, Wales, Scotland, and Northern Ireland, with the option for delivery of products if elected for by PfH member; The framework will include but is not limited to the supply, delivery and installation of soft surface and hard surface flooring - Underlay, carpet, hardwood, wood, wood effect, non-slip flooring, grip matting, wet rooms, gripper rods, area rugs, tile, laminate, covering natural stone, marble, ceramic, and porcelain, vinyl, and miscellaneous such as cork and rubber PfH anticipates awarding places on the Framework under this Lot to 5 suppliers, but reserves the right to award a greater or fewer number of places depending on the bids received Renewal: The Framework Agreement will initially be awarded for a 3 year period, but may be extended for a further 12 months at PfH's discretion.
