The contractor will deliver independent travel training to children and young people with special educational needs, physical disability or behavioural emotional social difficulties within the following target groups: * College students (16+ provision) * High school pupils attending designated Autistic Spectrum Disorder, Physical Difficulties and Hearing Impairment units * High school pupils attending Emotional Pupil Referral Units (E-PRU) & Pupil Referral Units (PRU) * Year 6 mainstream pupils transferring to a special high school provision. * Overall group range from age 10 to age 25 in full time education A minimum of 15 to 20 young people to be trained each academic year
