## Notice

HEE are looking for a supplier to help develop an online form that can be used to collate feedback and then analyse the data and produce specific insight. Requirements HEE requires the services of a specialist provider to administer a formal feedback process seeking views on the key questions outlined above. This will involve the receipt, management and analysis of responses which will be via a multitude of routes. The successful applicant will have previous experience and success with managing and analysing feedback submissions. The engagement and feedback process is anticipated to be launched In August and the deadline for submissions will be in October. The successful bidder will be required to: (i) prepare and run an online form or portal to capture and manage the responses to the key questions posed; (ii) organise and present submissions to HEE in a clear and concise manner that is easy to use and interpret; (iii) provide high quality analysis of response submissions to identify common themes, interdependencies, best practice evidence; and (iv) synthesise, present and advise of key findings to HEE's Enhancing Generalist Skills project team in a detailed interim written report, including both qualitative and quantitative analysis. (v) Production of a final report once findings from interim written report have been tested with national focus groups. Feedback from national focus groups to be analysed and included in final report with defined outputs/findings. The successful bidder will develop and administer the online form or portal used to capture feedback responses. This will be hosted on HEE's website. As the successful bidder will be handling submissions on behalf of HEE, they will be required to capture, store, process and destroy personal identifiable information. The successful bidder will be required at all times strictly adhere to HEE's data security policies and protocols, and in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR), as outlined in the Data Protection Act (2018). The successful bidder will be expected to rapidly familiarise themselves with the policy context of the Enhancing Generalist skills programme and feedback received from respondents to provide clear, high-quality analysis. This will involve regular liaison with the clinical directors, clinical advisors and programme professionals within the Medical Education Reform Programme (MERP). The successful bidder may be required to attend meetings of the Enhancing Generalist Skills programme including the Assurance Board, who will provide expert advice and oversight throughout the consultation process.
