Services breakdown includes: - Type 1 Fire risk assessments to 644 blocks Type 3 Fire risk assessments as and when requested (includes 10% of dwellings) Type 4 Fire risk assessments as and when required Visual compartmentation and / or fire door surveys Production of costed performance specifications as and when required
