PA Housing is conducting a tender for the provision of cleaning to our blocks and communal areas. This procurement is a multi lot procurement and covers the areas of East London, West London, Surrey, South Leicester and Northants, Nottinghamshire and Leicester. The contracts are to start in April 2022 and will be for an initial 3 years with the option to extend.

Internal Communal Cleaning Services, including but not restricted to the following items:Floor coveringsWallsCeilingsDoorsWindows - CommunalStairsHandrails and balustradeLiftsRecycled and general waste binsWC, hand basins, urinal etc.Toilet Cubicles and laminated surfacesExternal Cleaning Services, including but not restricted to the following items:Entrance lobby doors glass/screensCar parking areasGeneral footpaths leading to premisesGeneral grass and shrub areasRefuge bin areasBike storesEmptying litter bins at entrance/exits to communal areasEmptying cigarette bins at entrance/exits to communal areas. Renewal: It is intended that the Contracts will start in April 2022 for an initial period of three years with the option for an extension of a further one year plus one year, as decided by PA Housing. The maximum duration of the contract is therefore five years.
